How do I book a cleaning?

Book online any time at our booking page and pick the day and time that suits you, or call the office at (817) 253-2867, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Online bookings get 10% off with code CLEAN HOUSE.

How much does carpet cleaning cost?

We have three packages, and each one covers up to three rooms. Basic Clean is $129 plus tax, which is also our minimum service charge. Complete Clean + Protect is $199 plus tax and adds carpet protector. Complete Care + Refresh is $299 plus tax. An extra room or a staircase is $55 with Basic Clean, $85 with Complete Clean + Protect and $115 with Complete Care + Refresh. Small areas such as a hallway, bathroom, closet or foyer are $25 with Basic Clean, $40 with Complete Clean + Protect and $55 with Complete Care + Refresh. Booking online saves 10% with code CLEAN HOUSE.

What do upholstery, tile and air ducts cost?

A standard sofa and love seat is $195 plus tax. Tile and grout is $0.75 per square foot plus tax. Air duct cleaning is $550 plus tax for one unit. Topical pet treatment is $45 per room plus tax.

How do you clean carpets?

Hot-water extraction, which most people call steam cleaning, with truck-mounted equipment. It pulls out the dirt, allergens and pet dander a vacuum cannot reach. No harsh chemicals.

How long does the carpet take to dry?

About 4 to 8 hours. Keep kids and pets off it until then and leave a fan or the air conditioning running to speed it up.

Is it safe for kids and pets?

Yes. We do not use harsh chemicals. Just keep everyone off the carpet until it is dry.

Can you get out old or set-in stains?

Usually, yes. Stains that have been there for years or were treated with store products can lighten rather than disappear completely. Your technician will tell you honestly what to expect before starting.

How often should carpet be cleaned?

Once a year for most homes, every six months if you have pets, kids or allergies. Most carpet warranties also ask for a professional clean every 12 to 18 months.

What areas do you cover?

The whole Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, more than 100 cities, including Fort Worth, Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Garland, Denton and Decatur. Tell us your city and we will confirm.

Do I need to move furniture?

Please move small things like lamps, plants and breakables before we arrive. Ask the office about larger pieces so the technician knows what to expect.

Do I need to be home?

Someone needs to let the technician in and be reachable by phone during the visit. Call the office if that is tricky and we will work something out.

Do you clean offices and rental properties?

Yes. We clean offices, retail spaces and rental homes across DFW and work with property managers. Call the office for a quote based on the square footage.

Do you clean area rugs and mattresses?

Yes. A synthetic area rug cleaned in your home is $45 each plus tax. Mattresses are $129 for a king, $119 for a queen and $109 for a full or twin, plus tax. Wool rugs, rugs taken to our plant and rug pet treatment are priced by the office.

Do you handle water damage or air conditioning?

Water damage is handled by our sister company Platinum Service Group, 24/7, at (817) 929-4119. Heating and air is EMG Heating & Air at (682) 286-3985. Air duct and dryer vent cleaning is ours.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Clean Master is fully insured, our technicians are IICRC certified, and we have been family-owned for 26 years.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, call the office and we will make it right.
