Clean Master Carpet Cleaning (“Clean Master,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Clean Master is part of a family of locally owned home-service companies. Our sister companies are EMG Heating & Air (heating and air conditioning) and Platinum Service Group (water, fire and mold restoration). In this policy we call them our “sister companies.”
What information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the service you need. We collect this when you call us, book online, fill out a form, text us, or become a customer.
- Service and payment records. The jobs we have done for you, appointment history, invoices and payments. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Call information. Calls to our tracked phone numbers may be recorded for quality and training, and we may log the number you called from and how you found us.
- Website information. When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners use cookies and similar tools to learn which pages you visit, what device you use, and which ad or search brought you here.
How we use your information
- To schedule, perform and follow up on your service.
- To send appointment reminders, invoices and receipts.
- To answer your questions and handle warranty or satisfaction requests.
- To ask for a review after your service.
- To send you news, seasonal tips and special offers by email from Clean Master and our sister companies. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Email from Clean Master and our sister companies
If you are a Clean Master customer or have given us your email address, we may send you emails about our services. These emails may also include offers and news from our sister companies, EMG Heating & Air and Platinum Service Group.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing email, including any email that features our sister companies. Unsubscribing does not stop messages about a service you have booked, such as appointment confirmations or invoices.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Our sister companies. EMG Heating & Air and Platinum Service Group are under common family ownership. We may share your name, contact details and service history with them so they can serve you and so we can tell you about their services. They use it under the same commitments in this policy.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the business, such as scheduling and booking software, customer management and email tools, call tracking, payment processing, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners. Such as Google and Meta, to measure our ads and website. You can limit this using your browser’s cookie settings or the ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts.
- Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or staff.
- Business changes. If Clean Master is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Clean Master Carpet Cleaning will text you about your service request, including scheduling, appointment reminders and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (817) 253-2867.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
- Email: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP.
- Access, correction or deletion: call us at (817) 253-2867 or write to the address above. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, for legal or accounting reasons.
How we protect your information
We limit access to customer information to the people and providers who need it, and we use reputable software providers with security safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
